How it works

From Sign-Up to Your Own Flight Booking Website.

Most of the setup is in your hands and takes minutes. Inventory providers have their own approval steps, and we are clear about which ones.

Eight steps to launch

What happens at each step, and what you need for it.

  1. 1

    Create your account

Register your agency with your name, email and a website address. Your dashboard is ready immediately.

You need: A business email address.

  2. 2

    Select your website design

Your website starts on a standard theme. You can preview every available design before you decide.

    You need: Nothing extra.

  3. 3

    Configure your branding

Upload your logo, write your homepage, about and contact content, and add your own pages in the website builder.

You need: Your logo and your business details.

  4. 4

    Connect your custom domain

Add your domain in the dashboard and create the DNS records it shows you. Until then your website runs on yourname.northflight.us.

You need: Access to your domain's DNS settings.

  5. 5

    Review available inventory options

See which inventory connections are available to your agency, and tell us about any GDS, NDC, airline or consolidator account you already hold.

You need: Details of any provider accounts you have.

  6. 6

    Complete required verification

Providers may ask for business documents, credentials or a commercial agreement before they allow access. We test every connection before it is used.

You need: Documents requested by the provider.

  7. 7

    Activate supported booking capabilities

Each capability, such as search, booking or ticketing, is switched on separately once it has been verified for that provider.

You need: Provider approval for each capability.

  8. 8

    Manage your website

Publish your website, set your markups, answer enquiries and invite your team. You can change your content at any time.

    You need: Nothing extra.

Prerequisites, honestly

  • Searching and taking enquiries works as soon as your website is published and your agency has an active connection.
  • Live booking and ticketing depend on each provider. They are switched on per provider only after the integration and your approvals are verified.
  • Licensing and accreditation requirements depend on your country and on what you sell. They are your responsibility, and providers will usually ask about them.
  • Taking traveller payments online is planned and not available yet.
