Billing Policy

Prices
- North Flight Starter: $49 USD per month
- Custom Frontend add-on: $20 USD per month
- Additional Flight API add-on: $49 USD per API, per month
- There are no setup fees and no North Flight booking fees.

Free trial
New agencies get a 10-day free trial. No card is needed to start, and a trial without a card is never charged. Searches and the agency website pause when the trial ends until a subscription starts; the account and its data are kept.
An agency can also add its card during the trial and choose to pay after the trial. Nothing is charged that day; the first monthly charge is made on the date the trial ends. Cancelling before that date means nothing is charged.
Payment
The Starter subscription is billed monthly by card through Stripe. Add-ons are currently arranged with our team and billed as agreed in writing.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. The account keeps working for 7 days while the payment is retried.
Cancellation
Company admins can cancel at any time from the Billing page, which opens Stripe's billing portal.

Refunds

Third-party fees
Fees charged by inventory, ticketing, settlement and payment providers are not part of North Flight's prices and are billed by those providers.
