You must not use North Flight to
- Mislead customers about prices, availability, bookings or tickets
- Present a booking or ticket as confirmed before the supplier has confirmed it
- Sell travel you are not authorized to sell
- Collect personal or payment data without a lawful basis
- Scrape, overload or attempt to bypass the platform's rate limits or security
- Impersonate another business or person
- Publish unlawful, harmful or infringing content on your website
Enforcement
North Flight may suspend an agency account that breaks this policy. [To be confirmed]: notice and appeal process.
